The Project Manager will be responsible for safety directing, administering and coordinating the day-to-day operational aspects of projects, estimates and cost control.  Accordingly the Project Manager will maintain client relations, project profitability and revenue.


  • Duties & Responsibilities: Under minimal supervision, the project manager will provide:

    • Acquire Master Electrician licenses on behalf of the company
    • Management of the project in accordance with Willbros Policies and Procedures
    • Management of the client and project stakeholders, ensuring effective business relationships are in place and trusted by the all


  • **Master Electrician License required for the position

    We need a Master Electrician with preference given to VA/NC/SC/FL/LA/TX license(s) in hand with the ability to acquire all of these states with the potential to acquire others over time.

    Previous experience in the electrical utility construction area a plus.

    Previous experience in estimating and/or Project Management, also a plus.

    Experience in using Hard Dollar estimating software a plus.

    Will need to work out of Raleigh, NC area with travel throughout the SE United States on a periodic basis.

    Job Summary : This position is responsible for acquiring and holding Master Electrician licenses for multiple state in which the company provides construction services. The position will also provide project management services and direction to projects teams for the purpose of delivering safe, cost-effective and quality execution of small to medium scale electric substation, transmission, and distribution projects and/or client accounts. This position is the single point of accountability for the successful planning, execution and closeout of projects which is accomplished through managing all aspects of projects including scope, schedule, cost, safety and quality as defined in the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK). Responsible for managing the client relationship and keeping company management informed of project status and issues. Incumbents are expected to develop advanced skills and to have the ability to work independently.
